The Brass is a homegrown Dubai coffee house that greets you with the scent of freshly roasted coffee beans. As well as crafting the perfect cappuccino, this artisan cafe serves up flavoursome food in a trendy setting. It’s the perfect place to refuel during a shopping trip to The Outlet Village in Dubai, UAE.
Baristas create sublime coffee each and every time using blends from Ethiopia to Indonesia. The cafe is well known for its classic set of coffees, including latte, American, doppio and macchiato; the mocha is a house special with a tasty mix of The Brass blend, steamed milk and The Brass cocoa blend.
Coffees are made by French press, siphon, pour over and cold drip. Beverages also include the signature lavender honey latte made with a house-crafted lavender syrup, and the Cafe Miel with The Brass blend, steamed milk, organic honey, cinnamon and fresh vanilla pods. Alternatively, order a Nutella hot chocolate, a coconut chai tea, a Greek frappe or one of many flavoured steamers; there are also tea classics, iced drinks, fresh juices, and Arabic and Turkish coffees.
A tempting menu, served from breakfast through to dinner, features cakes and pastries, creative salads, and Middle Eastern-inspired sandwiches and flatbreads. Tasty bites include the Moroccan-spiced pulled lamb flatbread with mint-rosewater yoghurt, the sumac and lemon chicken wrap, and the Levantine salad with red and brown quinoa. The chef’s chocolate tahini brioche is a much-loved signature dish, and worth the visit alone.
